Membership is now a required petition from the administration. If you are worthy of it i will gladly reciprocate with your valued membership. This action is purely to defeat those who seek to abuse this site with bogus PHB Phishers.

If you want membership you must email me or contact me from one of the many axis and allies sites that my name appears via PM.
