With the many versions FOR just such as 'this', then why not? I'd really LIKE to 'see' just what an "Edison's Riposte upon MARS" would be possible? In this, then AFTER the "War of the Worlds" THEN our "hero" ole 'Edison' embarks on the "Conquest of MARS!" with them "Aeronef" MINIS and 'Troops' from like 1/72nd 'Scale' of "Colonials" for THIS, it ought to be quite "happenin"! Just look over the MANY 'Nations' in this, while others could "form up" as a result of "rebelling" or 'intrigue' or whatever.

Im not really into making a "space themed" game, however the idea of extrapolating the "axis and allies in space" motif in some form should be looked at... One of these days ill post that "Galactic Wars game i made, using Battlestar Galactic ships and Star Wars ships.

I'd be very interested upon seeing those and could you provide some photos of these? Also, have you even seen and gotten any of those "minis" for the "Starblazers" LINE of them? This is from that 'cartoon' series about the "Space Cruiser Yamato", and I'm wondering if those are around the same overall SIZE as the 'ones' of which you have? I do have some of what could best be described as the 'olde style' for the "Cylon Fighters" and they're small at just under an INCH all around. As far as I know, then the person who made them, no longer offers such while I am going to inquire futher upon the matter when I get the chance. He may even have the OTHER sort of "Fighter" as well, but I'm not certain or else I would have gotten some of those at the same time as I'd gotten the "Cylon" types too.

As for this 'topic' here, then I was basing my initial entry upon the "Sky Galleons of MARS" game, for which that "Aeronef" LINE was derived from and about this. It is just another "Sci Fi" approach while having the 'setting' for that around the turn-of-the-19th/20th-Century. It makes everything of a "Victorian Age" in relation to ALL concerned with this, so that will give you a good idea upon the "Tech" levels within it. Then we have to obtain some "Martian" appearing types and those could almost be of just whatever that is readily available somewhere, although I am not certain just WHERE as of yet. This could even become "expanded" upon further with the inclusion of "Venusian" FORCES or others that may seem just as plausible. It is just another "theme" to consider for any that would like to explore these or others along the same line of "thinking", and you can, or do NOT have to "participate", while I encourage yet others to join in upon what they wish to then.
